Dear Ocala Family,

We are not going anywhere.

You have never been just a customer to us. You are our friends, our neighbors, and part of our Ocala family.

We have built something special with each and every one of you. The conversations, the trust, and the support you have shared with us mean more than we can put into words.

As changes approach for the hemp and CBD industry, we want you to hear from us directly: we have been preparing, we are committed to continuing to serve you, and you will not have to navigate these changes alone.

We will navigate this together

We know change can be frustrating, especially when a familiar product has become part of your routine. There may be a few bumps along the way, and we want to be upfront with you about them.

We have been preparing for these changes well in advance and are transitioning toward a more streamlined product line. Through that process, our commitment to personal service and the relationships we have built with you remains.

Our commitment is to keep you informed about which products are changing, what those changes look like, and when they will happen. We will share confirmed updates as they become available, so you have time to understand what they mean for you.

What you may notice

You may see different product names, packaging, formulations, and serving instructions. Where familiar products become available in updated formats, we will explain what has changed.

Some products may change or become unavailable as requirements and product plans develop. We will keep you informed as we learn what that means for specific items.

As packaging changes, please read each current label, including its ingredients, cannabinoid amounts, serving size, and warnings. A familiar name or a different bottle count does not mean the contents or serving instructions are unchanged.

What is changing

Federal hemp restrictions are already enacted, with changes scheduled in two stages:

LIMITED EXCLUSIONS

November 12, 2026

Limited exclusions begin for intermediate and finished products containing cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce.

BROADER CHANGES

December 11, 2026

Broader changes are scheduled, including the finished-product container threshold and separate exclusions for cannabinoids the plant can naturally produce but that were synthesized or manufactured outside it, unless Congress changes the law again.

The broader rules exclude finished products containing more than 0.4 mg per container of combined total THC, including THCA, and other cannabinoids having, or marketed as having, similar effects, as determined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This is a container threshold, not a CBD limit or a per-serving allowance, and it can affect some full-spectrum products.

Further legislation could change the rules or timing, but another delay or a new permanent framework is not guaranteed. Florida’s separate requirements also continue to apply.

Our commitment to you

Thank you for believing in us, standing by us, and allowing us to be part of your lives. You are the reason we do what we do, and your trust is something we take seriously.

We will continue listening, communicating, and doing everything we can to support you through this transition, with the same loyalty and dedication you have shown us.

We will get through this together. Through it all, our commitment to you remains.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Your CBD Store Ocala
